The 1^st round of checking for the ISO/TS16949 Quality Assurance System was finished and approved.

The quantity of casting was increased to 30,900 pieces made by AVCL.

Total 18,800 castings of 15 references were produced from AVCL since June 1^st.

The 1^st Automatic Vertical Casting Line was launched, equipped with Eirich Sand Plant, Loramendi Vertical Molding Machine, 2 sets of Automatic Pouring machine and Disa Shot Blasting Machines. 10 sets of AVCL mold plates and core setters were made for the trial production.

12 staffs were trained for AVCL trial production. The 1^st batch of casting of LBA016S was finished successfully.

1 set of Machine Center 1300x900 was equipped for mold plates and core setters made in house.

Total staff was 250, including 90 foundry workers, 75 machining workers, 18 packaging workers, 10 tooling workers and 22 Quality Control workers.

Total 450 references of brake discs and drums were developed and 1,000,000 pieces were produced and shipped in 300 containers in 2010.

An ISO/TS16949 Quality Assurance System was approved by TUV Germany.

1 set of 4 ton/hour Electric Middle-frequency Induct furnace, 6 sets of CNC Lathe machines and 2 sets of Machine Centers were invested for more capacity. 1 set of OBLF1000 Spectrometer with 18 chemical channels was invested for quick checking to ensure every batch of molten iron matching with pointed material specification strictly.

Total staff was 220, including 80 foundry workers, 65 machining workers, 15 packaging workers.

Total 350 references of brake discs and drums were developed and total 750,000 pieces units were sold and shipped in 215 containers in 2009.

4 sets of CNC Lathe machines and 2 sets of Machine Centers were bought for more capacity. 1 set of Brown & Sharpe Coordinate Measuring Machine was invested for precision inspection. Total staff was 180, including 70 foundry workers, 55 machining workers and 20 Quality Control staffs.

Total 205 references of brake discs & drums were developed and total 250,000 units were sold and shipped in 70 containers.
Total 150 people were employed, including 55 foundry workers, 40 machining workers, 6 technical staff and 15 inspectors of Quality Control department.

Letec organization was built up with total 120 employees in the start and it took two months for all kinds of training. Labor Union was set up and registered, and 10 delegates of worker were pointed. The department managers were pointed, including Administrative Department, Financial Department, Supply Department, Technical Department, Quality Control Department and Production Department.

The 1^st lot of equipments for foundry and machining shop were installed, including 1 set of 3ton Electric Middle-frequency Induct Furnace, 1 set of 15ton/hour Sand Plant, 2 sets of Shot Blasting Machines, 10 sets of CNC Lathe machines, 2 sets of Machine Centers, 10 sets of Rough-turning machines, 1 set of Machine Center 1000x700 for core box making and a full set of inspection instruments for material and sand.
